Haley is interested in writing and poetry.  This was a great opportunity to meet authors and learn "what it takes" to be a writer.  Work on writing skill, and poetry.  Socialize.  And become inspired.

The Rodeo is always an enjoyable event.  With Jack and Jill Friends, it becomes a social event as well.  Candied apples, music and culture, makes this a fun time.  The added carnival with besties makes for a FABULOUS time!!

Finally, huge congratulations to Haley for, not only earning entry into Mensa, but did the extra steps to apply for and be accepted into the Junior Mensa Honor Society.  Kudos!!

Bob Jones Nature Center Beautification

Spending the afternoon with Jack and Jill helping to beautify the grounds at The Bob Jones Nature Center.  Fun times with friends, and lots of learning about snakes, composting, bees, and butterflies.

Pink and Blue Ball

Planning and execution of for the elite social event of the year - the Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated Pink and Blue Ball.

4 hours of community service with Jack and Jill

Collecting donations at area hotels, then organizing, packing, and distributing those donations to homeless teens at Captain Hope's Foundation for Homelessness.  

Jack and Jill Program Year Commencement

Teen Leadership - Jack and Jill Conference

Wonderful time at the campus of UNT Dallas at the Jack and Jill Leadership Conference.

You need to have a positive attitude when your parents ask you to do something, it's the least you can do after everything THEY are doing for you. Was the time you spent doing an activity well invested?"
